When should I call Property Services team instead of the Custom Building team? Do you both work on houses?
Please call the PS team if you have a small repair, handyman need, commercial or HOA need. Regardless of whom you call, we will internally put you in touch with the correct department! Just call us and don’t sweat it.

In order to give all our various customers the most efficient and best service, we have setup processes and procedures to handle smaller repairs vs. larger jobs.

Yes – of course we can help! Responsiveness and communication are things we pride ourselves on. We contact all new work order customers within 24 hours (often same day) and usually complete the work within 5 days, weather depending.
Do you have emergency services? Can I call 24/7?
Unfortunately, we are not setup for 24 hour service. Our normal business hours are 7:00AM-5:00PM.

What is the home maintenance program?
Our Home Maintenance Program is a program of preventative maintenance to determine the condition of your home and create a maintenance plan to address any issue from top to bottom.
How does the maintenance program work?
The Kingston Group will provide an annual inspection report and create an action plan with your input to address the maintenance needs of your home.
